Very difficult; this piece of maple was stubborn and unpredictable. But the wild grain made it worth the fight.

Comments
As is the case with most of my recent work, I decided on the title only after I was finished; my motivation shifted sometime after the midway point in this piece. This title is inspired by Shakespeare's Sonnet 27.
