This piece is part of a commissioned piece, "The Triathlete." These arms will be mounted below the biker's head. (see the overall plan)

Starting to sand the hands. I need to get them pretty close to their final proportions before I start to finalize the inner bars. Keep in mind that the outer bars have been temporarily removed.

The left arm: starting to work some of the detail out. Here you can see just where I cut the left brake bar off.

The right arm. I'll finalize the watch and the shift levers just before I re-attach the brake bars.
